Chris and Carla have worked in the hospitality business together for over 15 years running their own successful country pub and then an award winning restaurant in Porthleven Cornwall. A change of lifestyle and a big move and they are now offering their very own homestyle hospitality at Grianaig Guest House in South Uist on the Outer Hebrides!
Chris was a professional chef with over 25 years experience in many hotels, pubs and restaurants, however now enjoys a quieter life helping Carla look after the Bed and Breakfast guests.
Carla runs her own Photography business offering beautiful prints website building and running photography workshops all over the world including the Outer Hebrides. A new addition to the team of hens are the ducks and now providing fantastic eggs for breakfast time!
